I’m currently following 131 people
Here’s why:
At first when I click that little “follow” button it’s because a blog has peeked my interest. That person has amazing taste in movies/TV shows/actors/actresses/etc. On an elementary level it’s all about appearance and similar tastes.
Then after some time I get to know that person and *BAM* before you know it, they’re someone I consider my friend.
If I’m following you, it’s because we have similar tastes and I like you as a person. I care about you and love seeing you on my dash. Even if your blog starts to focus on something else(I might not like), I don’t care. Because at some point it becomes less about your blog and more about you as an amazing person.
